Our Promise
We want every piece from Southern Athletica to exceed your expectations. If something isn’t perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges through our Redo portal.
Return Window
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.
Refund Options
With Redo Protection ($1.98 added at checkout):
- Complimentary exchanges for a different size, color, or style
- Free returns for store credit
Without Redo Protection:
- Exchanges and returns are still available through Redo by purchasing a return shipping label
- For returned items, all shipping costs (both to and from the customer) are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund
Non-Refundable Items
- Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Gift cards are non-refundable
Processing Time
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Store credit is applied immediately upon processing.
Why We Do This
By sharing a portion of return shipping costs, we reduce unnecessary waste and continue delivering premium products without inflating prices.
