Our Promise

We want every piece from Southern Athletica to exceed your expectations. If something isn’t perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges through our Redo portal.

Return Window

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.

Refund Options

  • With Redo Protection ($1.98 added at checkout):

    • Free exchanges for a different size, color, or style.

    • Free returns for store credit.

  • Without Redo Protection:

    • Exchanges and returns are still available through Redo by purchasing a return shipping label at checkout.

    • Refunds to the original payment method incur a $10 processing fee, deducted from the refund total.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
