We want every piece from Southern Athletica to exceed your expectations. If something isn’t perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges through our Redo portal.
Return Window
Items may be returned within 15 days of delivery in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.
Refund Options
With Redo Protection ($1.98 added at checkout):
- Free return shipping on all eligible returns
- Complimentary exchanges for a different size, color, or style
- Free returns for store credit
- Returns for a refund to your original payment method are subject to a $5 restocking fee per item returned
Without Redo Protection:
- Returns and exchanges are still available through our Redo portal
- Customers are responsible for purchasing their return shipping label
- Returns for a refund to the original payment method are subject to a $5 restocking fee per item returned
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
- Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Gift cards are non-refundable
Processing Time
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Store credit is applied immediately upon processing.
