Our Promise

We want every piece from Southern Athletica to exceed your expectations. If something isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges through our Redo portal.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.

With Redo Protection

When you purchase Redo Protection at checkout, eligible returns and exchanges include:

• Free return shipping for refunds to your original payment method

• Free exchanges for a different size, color, or eligible style

• Free returns for store credit

There are no per-item return shipping or restocking fees with Redo Protection.

Free Shipping & Full-Order Returns

Orders of $100 or more qualify for Free U.S. Shipping within the contiguous United States when standard ground shipping costs less than $20.

If every item from an order that received free shipping is returned for a refund to the original payment method, a $10 Original Shipping Recovery Fee will be deducted from the refund to help offset the original outbound shipping costs paid by Southern Athletica.

This fee applies once per order, whether or not Redo Protection was purchased. It does not apply to partial returns, exchanges, or returns for store credit.

Without Redo Protection

Returns and exchanges can still be initiated through our Redo portal. Customers who did not purchase Redo Protection are responsible for the cost of their return shipping label.

The $10 Original Shipping Recovery Fee also applies when an entire order that received free shipping is returned for a refund to the original payment method.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and processed.

Original shipping charges paid by the customer and Redo Protection fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

• Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Gift cards are non-refundable.
