We want every piece from Southern Athletica to exceed your expectations. If something isn't perfect, we offer easy and flexible returns and exchanges through our Redo portal.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.

With Redo Protection

When you purchase Redo Protection at checkout, eligible returns and exchanges are simple:

• Free return shipping
• Free exchanges for a different size, color, or eligible style
• Free returns for store credit
• Free returns for refunds to your original payment method

There are no per-item return or restocking fees when Redo Protection was purchased.

The Only Exception: Full-Order Returns Over $150

Orders of $150 or more receive complimentary outbound shipping, meaning Southern Athletica pays the cost of shipping your original order to you.

If you decide to return every item from an order that qualified for complimentary shipping and request a full refund to your original payment method, a $10 Full-Order Return Fee will be deducted from your refund.

This helps offset a portion of the original outbound shipping and fulfillment costs paid by Southern Athletica.

The $10 fee applies once per order — not per item.

If you keep at least one item from your order, exchange an item, or choose store credit, the $10 Full-Order Return Fee does not apply.

Without Redo Protection

Returns and exchanges may still be initiated through our Redo portal.

Customers who did not purchase Redo Protection are responsible for the cost of their return shipping label.

The $10 Full-Order Return Fee also applies if all items from a $150+ order that received complimentary outbound shipping are returned for a refund to the original payment method.

Quick Summary

With Redo Protection:

• Exchange → Free
• Store credit → Free
• Partial refund → Free
• Full refund of an order under $150 → Free
• Full refund of an entire $150+ order that received complimentary shipping → $10 Full-Order Return Fee

Without Redo Protection: You are responsible for return shipping, plus the $10 Full-Order Return Fee when applicable.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and processed.

Original shipping charges paid by the customer, if any, are non-refundable.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

• Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
• Gift cards are non-refundable
