Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the continental U.S.
Every order is carefully packed and shipped with premium tracking to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If an order that qualified for complimentary shipping is returned for a refund, the original outbound shipping cost incurred by Southern Athletica may be deducted from the refund amount.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every piece from Southern Athletica. If something isn't quite right, we offer simple and flexible returns and exchanges through our Redo portal.
Eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.
With Redo Protection ($1.98 at Checkout)
Redo Protection provides free return shipping on all eligible returns, including:
- Complimentary exchanges for a different size, color, or style
- Free returns for store credit
- Free return shipping for refunds to your original payment method
There are no return shipping label fees when Redo Protection was purchased.
Without Redo Protection
Returns and exchanges may still be initiated through our Redo portal.
- Customers are responsible for purchasing their return shipping label
- Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund when applicable
- Exchanges and store credit remain available through the Redo portal
Refunds to Original Payment Method
Returns for a refund to the original payment method are subject to a $5 restocking fee per item returned.
This restocking fee applies whether or not Redo Protection was purchased. Redo Protection covers the cost of the return shipping label; it does not cover the $5 per-item restocking fee.
For orders that received complimentary outbound shipping, Southern Athletica reserves the right to deduct the original outbound shipping cost from the refund amount.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned items are received, inspected, and processed.
Returns for an exchange or store credit are not subject to the $5 restocking fee.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
