Every order is carefully packed and shipped with premium tracking to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

Please note: if an order that qualified for complimentary shipping is returned for a refund, the original outbound shipping cost incurred by Southern Athletica may be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We want you to love every piece. If something isn't quite right, we offer flexible return options designed to keep the process simple and transparent.

With Redo Protection ($1.98 at Checkout)

• Complimentary exchanges
• Free returns for store credit
• Free returns for a refund to your original payment method
• No return shipping fees

Without Redo Protection

• Returns and exchanges may still be initiated through our Redo portal
• Customers are responsible for purchasing a return shipping label
• Return shipping costs will be deducted from refunds when applicable

Refunds

Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected.

For orders that received complimentary shipping, Southern Athletica reserves the right to deduct the original outbound shipping cost from the refund amount. This policy applies regardless of whether Redo Protection was purchased.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing.
